Local Pickup

You may choose to buy online from our webstore and pickup at our retail location. You must bring your payment card and photo ID and present them when you arrive to pick up. 

We'll keep your order for up to 90 days in will call after you've paid for it. If we haven't heard from you in that time we'll return it to stock and refund your order less a restocking fee of 5%. 

There is no fee associated with local pickup.

Services We Use

We ship all items USPS Priority. The costs of shipping depend on the weight and size of the items you've purchased. The cost of shipment is collected at the time of your order. If you prefer to pick your order up in our store, select that option during checkout. 

Exceptions to Free Shipping

Because of the considerable cost and complexity of shipping we don't offer free shipping on the following types of items.

• Sandbags
• Large Photo Printers
• Lithium-Ion battery packs

Although it's technically possible to ship large rolls of background paper it's also prohibitively expensive and we don't recommend it. Shipments are typically $500 and up for a single roll. We maintain a selection of 86" rolls and 53" rolls that are much more affordable to ship. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions about shipping these larger and heavier items.
